My adventures in Molecular Gastronomy!
Hi! Its me again! Ive got something really cool to show you. Its called Molecular Gastronomy! Sounds cool huh? Basically its food science, you mix some chemicals or seaweed powders with a certain set of ingredients and it makes a crazy cool reaction. Ive actually been experimenting with this to make things like liquid-centred yoghurt and honey balls, or rose air!
Ive had a LOT of fun with these, so im gonna share some of that fun with you guys. All of the powders I use are available on Amazon… Just saying!…
